ON-PROPERTY PROGRAMS
Our hotels are some of the best resources we can use to get the word out to customers about new marketing campaigns. This has allowed for many different beta tests, on-property customer relationship programs, and sustainability initiatives to take place on the over 400 properties combined between the two brands. These programs often develop from relationships we have with BPS, sales, and other departments within the brand or from ideas we come up with as a team.
